Lutz Gerding, born in 1963. He attended the Waldorf school in Bremen/Germany. He studied history, English and educational science in Bremen, Portsmouth (UK) and Hamburg. Teacher at Waldorf school in Bremen, initiating various intercultural upper-school projects. Further training in adult education and self-responsible learning (practice-orientated teacher training, seminar tutor). Tutor at the training initiative in Kassel/Freiburg for people switching from other professions into sports teaching. Lecturer and coordinator for upper-school teacher training in China. Lives now in Freiburg/Germany, teaching socially deprived young adults.
